I love how the both of them are working so hard on separate sides of this battle versus the Monster? Quentin fighting from the outside; Eliot fighting from the inside. And while Eliot is obviously gathering information for the Monster to help all of his friends, he HAS to know (since he saw Quentin with the Monster) that Quentin is out there waiting for him. So while Eliot is trying to defeat the Monster, he is also so desperately trying to protect Quentin on the outside. And the juxtaposition of these two characters this episode trying so hard to protect each other on both ends of this chaos? It’s truly shaping up to be one of the best romantic arcs I’ve seen in a show. They both just want to get back to each other SO badly, and it’s SO beautiful.

Cool, so about that ride?

We’ll figure it out, we always do.
When it’s a final to cheat on, not when we’re stuck in some epic fantasy that likes to behead its heroes halfway through season one. If we even are heroes, we might be comic relief.
